Special Occasions Dresses: 3 to 5 weeks.
Evening and Party Wears: 3 to 4 weeks

These are only estimated timeframes and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final delivery time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact us for more information on delivery timeframe before placing your order.

2. Express shipping service
All the orders are shipped via FedEx to any address in the world between. Transit time is 3-5 days from the date of dispatch. www.exclusive.com.pk cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during transit or delays during manufacturing process, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.

3. Shipping Charges
These are applied as per weight and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of your order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.

During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

4. Customs/Duties/Taxes
When ordering goods from www.exclusive.com.pk for delivery overseas you may be subject to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.exclusive.com.pk , you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

5. Returns Policy for Garments
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website or by email, phone or fax. www.exclusive.com.pk will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free fix.

Returns Policy for other Items

At www.exclusive.com.pk , we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

6. Listing and Descriptions
www.exclusive.com.pk makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are almost same like the products. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are almost same as image and photographic processing will allow, www.exclusive.com.pk cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

7. Amend Your Orders
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing your requested modifications.
